This customizable (i.e., flexible) fitness program template is a modified version of the one I've used with my own personal training clients and myself.

The initial layout was inspired by concepts that I learned at Equinox, and I made it even better.

This will make it very easy to keep track of your long-term goals. (I know this from experience.)

It even has examples in it!

What you get:

  • 10 RM Calculator: A calculator to help you estimate your 10-rep max for various exercises, useful for determining appropriate intensity levels.
